GENERAL CONTRACT CONDITIONS

This contract is a distance contract pursuant to Article 50 et seq. of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n.206 (consumer code). The contract has as its object the sale of goods between the company TonerPro srls - Via Alessandro Minuziano, 93 - 20161 Milan (MI) - VAT number 10531030962 and the consumer (the customer).

The contract is concluded directly through the acceptance by the Customer of a purchase proposal issued by the telephone or via the Internet following the invitation to offer content on the site.

TERMS OF SALE

Purchases of products, available as illustrated and described online in the relevant descriptive and technical sheets, are made by the customer at the price indicated on the site, at the time of sending the order confirmation, in addition to shipping costs, as displayed at the time of purchase.

Before confirming the purchase to the customer, the unit cost of each chosen product will be summarized, the total cost in the case of multiple products and the related shipping costs and in the case the prices are net of VAT, the total VAT.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

The purchased products will be delivered to the shipping address indicated by the customer. Always indicate a telephone number for any communications or fax or email. (delivery time within 10/working days).
The customer is required to verify that the package is intact and not damaged. Only after this verification the customer must accept the delivery.
In the event that the package represents visual anomalies with respect to what is stated above, the customer must raise the dispute directly with the carrier, do not collect the goods and send an email through the site or a fax to TonerPro srls

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment for the products purchased and the related shipping costs must be made by the customer when sending the order confirmation using one of the credit cards, cash on delivery or bank transfer indicated online.

ATTENTION: The charge on the account occurs at the time of the order in the case of purchase by credit card. In the case of Bank Transfer or Check/Money Order, the material will be delivered once the credit has been received.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

1) All products marketed by TonerPro srls are covered by the conventional 24-month warranty for defects of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 24/02. To benefit from warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the invoice (or DDT) that will be received together with the purchased goods. The Customer can always download the invoices relating to his purchases from the site by accessing the reserved area.

2) The 24-month warranty pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 24/02 applies to the product that presents a lack of conformity, provided that it is used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and as provided in the attached documentation. This warranty, in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 24/92, is reserved only for the private Consumer (a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating a VAT number in the order form). In the event of a lack of conformity, TonerPro srls; will provide, at no cost to the Customer, for the restoration of the conformity of the product by replacement or price reduction, up to the termination of the contract. If there is no lack of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 24/02, the Customer will be charged for any costs of verification, as well as transport costs if incurred by TonerPro srls

3) In the event that, for any reason, TonerPro srls is unable to replace a product under warranty (repaired or replaced), it may proceed, with the Customer's consent, to replace the product itself (if still in the price list) or with another of equal characteristics and value or, finally, to issue a discount voucher of the same amount to be spent on another product valid for 6 months from the time of issue.

4) No damages can be requested from TonerPro srls for any delays in replacing products under warranty.

5) In cases where the application of the guarantees requires the return of the product, the goods must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts; to limit damage to the original packaging, it is recommended, when possible, to insert it in a second box; in all cases, the affixing of labels or adhesive tape directly on the original packaging of the product should be avoided.
